The West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival's 30th Anniversary committe is putting together a 30th Anniversary Cookbook. This cookbook will consist of 30 authentic Italian recipes with a story that describes the tradtition or story of the recipe. (You can also give us a funny story to go with the recipe.) We will be accepting recipes until June 15th. The book will include a CD of Italian dinner music by Stephen Pishner.
